Hello Townie
I remember the animals and birds. A lady got an infection off a bird and died. Very sad.
Keep the birds safe (of all types)
Gerald.

Hello TwM
We all did well to get to the end of the alphabet. Been a long time since we went to school.
Wish we could go back sometimes.
We were brought up in difficult times but we made the best of everything.
How many of us has 2 inches if ice on the inside of the windows.
Someone like to start a new thread.
Its nearly Horlicks time.
Gerald.

Yes we managed it, and well done to townie. We were, brought up in difficult times. I do think though that we appreciate things more. When I moved to mid Wales all those years ago, the folks still worked very much in the past on some of the farms. Only buy new if the old one was beyond repair. I did feel at home straight away.
