Our railways are owned and run by by companies based in other countries were fares are cheaper per mile.
We subsidise those fares.
Being in the EU has nearly broke us and some goons want to stay in.

I use public transport on a regular basis i can buy a ticket which is called a network for 6.75 and can use any bus, train and even the metro from 12am until 12pm anywhere in the West Midlands. I think this is very reasonable.

The last Stage Coach passed our place in 1881. But its great living in the Countryside.
