Hello Townie
I did offer my services to go to Australia and Bowl Medium Fast or Left hand Spin.
Never got a reply thats why they lost. Edmund could have stood behind the sticks.
We need some golden oldies back. What about Freddie Truman.
Hows That
Gerald.

Freddie Truman would still be better now than half the crap we have got out there. I think most of them think their on a busmans holiday. They should be charged for flights, hotels and expenses they incur. It should be a privilege to play for your country.

Australian Cheats. You could actually see them tampering with the ball. Steve Smith Australian captain has stood down for the remainder of the 3rd test against South Africa after deliberately admitting his team tampered with the ball.

Quote from Michael Vaughan. Some heads will roll and rightly so ... But you have to think every single player & management knew what they were trying to do .. 12th man Handscombe on the Walkie Talkie was in on it .. So In my eyes they are all as bad as each other.

What do you think should happen?

Hello Townie
I played a lot of cricket and I feel sure we all abided by the rules.
They should all have Lifetime Banns. Do you think any
bets were placed. The whole thing Stinks.
Gerald.

Isn't cricket supposed to be a gentleman's sport? The thing is you don't know how long they have been cheating.

It's been going on for a good few years. But eyes have been closed, because it's a gentleman so sport and no one is supposed to cheat.

Wish the newspapers didn't make this lot out to be good cricketers.Never seen so many stonewall batsmen in all my life, but must say I don't even watch the highlights now.Its sad to watch them.
