HS2 will run through the Villa training ground at Bodymoor Heath.
It is leaving a trail of destrucion. What Hitler failed to do this HS2 Train will.
Where will the 36.000 passengers per day come from.

Hello Townie
Have you had a visit from the land Undertaker yet because the line goes through your house on its way
north right through Staffordshire.
In Staffordshire they are building 30 foot high walls 30 foot from peoples front doors. This is not a joke.
Mrs May needs a brain implant today.
Keep shunting
Gerald.

A Question for You All
If the electric grid dos not have enough electricity to run the Inter City Swansea to London
where will HS2 draw its supply from.
Now its Diesel and Electric it can cruise at 150MPH. HS2 needs another 100MPH, where
will that come from.
It has now been stated that the lights in Birmingham will dim when it tries to pull
out of Curzon Street.
The new Inter City have one fault, they need a bit more padding on the seats.
People are saying that if it went faster they may feel sick.
What do you think. Bring back steam.

I can't believe how much resource HS2 is taking up. Not just in monetary terms but in land too. In essence how much traffic will HS2 take off the roads?

It will save a few minutes off a journey but come on, how many trains arrive on time anyway? And yes, reports will say that trains are on time, if 'on time' means art iced within 15 minutes of scheduled time.

Will HS2 carry freight? This is what we need yo get off the roads. The difficulty is I suppose where ones road freight meet rail apart from just outside of London.

Speed of travel. I do t think the speed makes a difference to comfort providing the suspension is set up correctly (or the computer is setting the ride right). I've travelled on the Pendelino service many times, same route but if the computer is not working correctly, you'll throw up....
