Hello Molly and welcome.

I know (or knew) Solihull fairly well. As a young teenager I would be at the Ice Rink most Saturday and Sunday nights. When I got a bit older at the Masons Arms or the Crown Monkspath.

Was there a place in Solihull town center called the Captains locker, did a great chip butty at lunch times (Mid 70's)?

Best wishes
