A war has been going on in Somalia for two decades now – Why is it so difficult to attain peace there?  Is it because they are sitting on top of oil fields?

 It looks to me the Somalis’ are fighting a war masterminded by one and financed by another. . .
 
 Who is in charge of Somalia today: The UN? Ethiopia? US? EU?, Bin Ladin? International Mafia in the form of states and companies? All of them?  None of them? Who?
