You have an absolutely lovely garden Sheila - I expect spend more of your time outside than in - and as brown as a berry -  I am envious. . .

Yes I love my garden but can,t do as much these days than I did
so have a lovely "toyboy" come and do the heavier work.....
Looking out tho I can see a couple of jobs, the roses need dead heading
and the bird bath needs refilling...........will away and sort it.... Smiley

Don't we need those men - even on a desert island - we can't dpo without them  Grin

Do you have a favourite flower - or colour in the planning of your garden?

Yes I love flowers - my mom had a green thumb - but not me -

At night

Moonlight shimmers on the roses
Lovely sparks of a firefly
Purple pansies bright of eye
Come to know when mom’s nearb. . . .

Hi Beryl,
My garden is a mixture of anything I,ve had given me, anything
thats the birds have left me, and some that I have bought......
I love roses and have about (not sure) 25 bushes scattered round.
Nowadays it is more settled, not so much weeding and looks ok all year,
always a plant in flower....Have,nt really got green fingers just lucky with
wonderful peat soil oh yes, I ate the first tomatoe yesterday, others are
ripening now tho, no taste to beat garden grown food.............

Hi Sheila I have to say for me the rose is queen of all flowers - Love the sweet pea - and so many others - I had roses given to me on my Birthday - but sadly they have already hung their heads and died. . .
