Hi Townie,my daughter takes her children there of a Sat nights when they have a group on,the kids love it ,will have to ask them next time I see them

Gerald,just couldn't understand the logic behind it personally,but I suppose he didn't foresee about the E U letting all these people wanting to claim all the give aways that we do.

Dreamland opened early this year it's great,had a lady take over who ran the 02,what a difference she s made every weekend they have groups on and the kids have free rides. My daughters have signed up for the year and go to the concerts every Sat

Hi all,my names Edmund,I was born in Inkerman St Vauxhall in 1939 ,moved to Kitts Green in 49 ,got married to my wife Brenda,moved to Lichfield in 66 then back to Streetly in 73,got fed up with Brum in 84 moved to Margate in Kent ,been down here ever since,had a nice life here,live just across the road from the sea and lovely beach.

When I was 8 my mom had got no change so she gave me 6p coin (2 1/2p today) in case I wanted something while she was at work.Went to the Capstand to catch the tram into Brum.when I got on we had got as far as the Ashted Cinema when the conductor came for the fare,when I offered him the 6p he said he had no change and I had to get of at the next stop.

G G ,daughter travels from here in Kent to every home match and the London teams, she also runs the Villa Supporters club down here,got about 45 members,a lot travel to the matches they double up in their cars.

G G we had 2 lovely blue dragon flys most of the summer,we have now got the wren,robin and the blue and coal tits returning.

My M in L lived at No 80 when she died my B in L lived at No 50 till he died this year .

Hi Gerald,nice to be back on.The last trip I remember as a kid was about 1958,went to Blackpool Illumination one Sat afternoon at 3.00 in the after noon,cost 10 bob the return didn't start back till midnight got back into Brum at about3.30,got the all night bus service to the Glebe,my dad went mad when I had to get him up to let me in.

Townie,my mother in law moved to ABELIA AMINGTON in1967 from Calder Tower in Perry Barr
